Masha Prusso moved from a career in law to the blockchain sector, where she heads PR and events for Polygon and aids more than 80 startups at Crypto PR Lab. In 2006, a 16-year-old girl became the youngest snowboarder to compete in the Winter Olympics halfpipe, representing Russia. She was Masha Prusso, clearly focused on maintaining her speed and balance in the snow at that moment. However, beneath her surface lay an additional drive—a desire to take on the broader world beyond the arena. Building Bridges: Masha Prusso’s Integration of Law and Blockchain. After finishing her athletic career, Masha decided to take a different path. Initially, she pursued her law studies at the Sorbonne in Paris before eventually enrolling at the University of California, Berkeley. While the legal field offered her many opportunities, she developed a strong fascination with the fast-growing world of blockchain technology. In 2018, she took a major step forward by founding Crypto PR Lab, a marketing and PR firm focused on blockchain initiatives. While it was a challenging choice, Masha built a network and helped more than eighty companies craft their communication strategies, demonstrating the same courage she showed when riding the halfpipe. She is leading Polygon’s Global Engagement. Masha’s journey evolves in tandem with the ongoing advancements in blockchain technology.
