NEAR, Zcash and BNB Flash Sell Signals as Analysts Identify Key Support Levels
NEAR Protocol, Zcash and BNB are facing fresh technical-analysis warnings after crypto analyst Ali Charts identified bearish indicators on all three assets. In a series of posts on October 17, the analyst highlighted potential downside levels for each token, warning that further losses could follow if important support zones fail. The analysis points to $4.30 for NEAR, $1,100 for ZEC and $710 for BNB as levels traders should monitor.
The three cryptocurrencies have already recorded substantial pullbacks, according to the figures shared by Ali Charts. NEAR is down 24%, Zcash has declined 25%, and BNB has fallen 8% in the moves described by the analyst. Although these losses have put the assets under pressure, the next direction will depend partly on whether buyers defend the identified support levels or sellers push prices lower.
Technical indicators can help traders assess momentum and potential trend reversals, but they do not guarantee future price movements. Historical corrections following similar signals provide context rather than certainty, particularly in a cryptocurrency market where liquidity, broader Bitcoin movements and changes in investor sentiment can quickly alter price action.
NEAR and Zcash Face Critical Support Tests
For NEAR Protocol, Ali Charts says the weekly TD Sequential indicator has flashed a sell signal. The analyst compared it with the previous similar signal, which was followed by a 32% correction. NEAR has already dropped 24%, and the $4.30 level is now the key support identified in the analysis.
If NEAR breaks below $4.30, Ali Charts sees $3.76 as a potential next downside target. That scenario would indicate further weakness, but it remains conditional on a support breakdown. A successful defense of $4.30 could instead help stabilize the price, although the indicator alone cannot establish whether a sustained recovery is likely.
Zcash faces a separate warning from its Parabolic SAR indicator. Ali Charts noted that the indicator’s dots have moved above ZEC’s price, a configuration commonly interpreted as bearish because it suggests that downward momentum may be taking control. The analyst said the previous comparable bearish flip preceded a 54% retracement, while ZEC has already pulled back 25% in the current move.
The next level to watch for ZEC is $1,100, according to the post. If the price falls below that support, Ali Charts identifies $850 as a possible downside target. This is a scenario rather than a confirmed destination, and traders would need to assess price action around $1,100 to determine whether selling pressure is accelerating or buyers are stepping in.
The historical comparisons across both assets may attract traders looking for signs of repeated market behavior, but past corrections do not mean the same percentage decline will happen again. Market structure, trading volume and broader risk appetite can differ considerably between individual sell signals.
BNB Sell Signal Adds to Altcoin Market Caution
BNB is the third asset highlighted in the analysis. Ali Charts said its daily SuperTrend indicator has flipped to a sell signal, following a previous comparable flip that preceded a 26% decline. BNB has fallen 8% so far in the move cited by the analyst, leaving $710 as the immediate support level to monitor.
A break below $710 could bring $680 into focus as the next potential downside area. However, the analysis does not establish that BNB will reach that level. If buyers defend $710, the bearish scenario could weaken, while a sustained move below support would give traders a stronger reason to watch for additional selling.
The three indicators operate differently. TD Sequential identifies potential exhaustion in a trend, Parabolic SAR helps track possible trend direction changes, and SuperTrend uses price and volatility to generate trend-following signals. Their simultaneous bearish readings provide a reason for traders to reassess risk, but they are not independent guarantees of a market-wide decline.
For holders of NEAR, ZEC and BNB, the key distinction is between a warning and confirmation. A sell signal can emerge before a price correction, during an existing decline or near a point where the market eventually stabilizes. Support breaks, trading volume and subsequent price behavior can provide additional evidence, while broader market conditions may override individual chart patterns.
Ali Charts’ conclusion is that a break below the identified support levels would strengthen the case for further downside. Until those breaks occur, the $3.76 NEAR, $850 ZEC and $680 BNB targets remain conditional scenarios. Traders should weigh the risks against their own time horizons and avoid treating technical projections as guaranteed outcomes.
