IOTA has released v1.29.0 for mainnet, introducing Protocol 32 and a broad set of changes aimed at improving consensus performance, node resilience, developer infrastructure and network operations.

For the IOTA community, the most important part of this release is not a single new feature. It is the number of changes being made underneath the network to help validators and full nodes handle increasing workloads without allowing user traffic to interfere with consensus.

IOTA Is Making Consensus More Resilient
