Binance Wallet has introduced pPOLY as the first project featured through its new Pre-Access program, giving eligible users access to a token issued by Paimon Finance ahead of a potential public listing. The campaign is being provided through PancakeSwap and is accessible directly through Binance Wallet.
The pPOLY campaign is running on BNB Smart Chain with a stated token price of $15.50 and a total offering size of $4.8 million. The subscription window opened on September 21 at 09:00 UTC and is scheduled to close 72 hours later on September 24 at 09:00 UTC, according to Binance Wallet’s announcement.
Binance Wallet Opens Pre-Access for pPOLY
The Pre-Access structure is designed to give users indirect, tokenized exposure to private-market opportunities before a potential public listing. Paimon Finance describes its platform as providing tokenized access to private markets through on-chain products and deal rooms.
The pPOLY token is associated with a special-purpose vehicle structure connected to the prediction-market sector. Importantly, available information does not establish pPOLY as an official Polymarket token or as direct ownership of Polymarket shares. The distinction is significant because an SPV-based token can carry different rights, restrictions and risks from holding equity in the underlying company.
Binance Wallet says the Pre-Access product does not grant equity or IPO rights. Its disclaimer also states that the tokens are provided by third parties and that Binance Wallet acts as an access point rather than the issuer. That means participants need to examine the terms attached to the specific offering rather than treating the campaign as a conventional Binance-issued token launch.

The campaign has a defined $4.8 million offering size at the announced $15.50 price. Paimon’s platform currently lists Pre-Access as a mechanism for selected private-market deal rooms, with eligibility, allocation and settlement terms presented alongside individual opportunities.
Access quotas will not be identical for every participant. Binance Wallet says allocations are primarily determined by a user’s Alpha Points tier at the time of the announcement and their on-chain bStocks activity tier. The latter considers holdings and trading volume, including Stock Memes, during the 15-day period from September 6 through September 20.
All Alpha Points holders can subscribe, according to the announcement, and participating in the campaign does not deduct Alpha Points. Users can access the campaign through a Binance Keyless Wallet, while the event portal and campaign information are being made available through Binance Wallet.
Trading Begins September 24
The next major date is September 24 at 09:00 UTC. Binance Wallet says that is when pPOLY claims begin, unallocated funds are returned and pPOLY trading starts. The simultaneous timing means the transition from subscription to tradable asset is scheduled for the end of the 72-hour campaign.
The launch is notable because tokenized private-market exposure is becoming a more visible category across crypto. Paimon Finance currently lists several private-market products on its platform, including SPV-related opportunities involving companies such as SpaceX, OpenAI and Kalshi.
However, tokenization does not remove the underlying risks of private-market investments. Liquidity can be limited, transfer restrictions may apply and the relationship between a token and its underlying SPV requires careful review. Paimon’s own platform warns that private-market exposure can be illiquid and subject to transfer limits.
The campaign also does not guarantee that pPOLY will receive a particular listing or maintain its offering price after trading begins. Binance Wallet explicitly states that returns and IPO outcomes are not guaranteed, while crypto trading itself remains subject to substantial price volatility.
For the broader Binance and PancakeSwap ecosystems, the campaign represents an attempt to bring private-market tokenization closer to mainstream wallet users. Instead of waiting for a traditional public listing, users are being offered a blockchain-based route to indirect exposure through a third-party issuer.
The immediate test for pPOLY will come after the September 24 trading start, when the market establishes a price outside the subscription mechanism. At that point, liquidity, demand, token structure and the terms of the underlying SPV will become more important than the initial $15.50 campaign price.
