Ethereum, Solana and Cardano Flash Potential Reversal Signals as Analysts Watch Key Price Levels

Ethereum, Solana and Cardano are showing potential signs of a trend reversal after experiencing substantial price declines, according to technical analyst Ali Charts. The analyst has identified TD Sequential buy signals on the three-day charts of all three cryptocurrencies, suggesting their recent corrections could be approaching exhaustion.

However, the signals do not guarantee an immediate recovery. The potential rebounds depend on buyers returning to the market, defending important support levels and pushing prices through nearby resistance zones. The analyst’s latest projections identify several price targets that could become relevant if bullish momentum develops.

Ethereum has declined 22.64% from $2,806 to a low of $2,171. Following the correction, its three-day chart produced a TD Sequential buy signal. The indicator is designed to identify potential points where an existing price trend may be losing momentum, although confirmation from subsequent price action remains necessary.

Ethereum, Solana and Cardano Price Targets

For Ethereum, the first important recovery level is $2,500. A sustained move above this price could strengthen the bullish setup and bring the resistance trendline near $2,700 into focus. The difference between these levels gives traders a clear area to monitor as they assess whether ETH can recover from its recent decline.

Solana has experienced an even steeper correction, falling 27.31% from $124.89 to $90.78. Its three-day chart is also forming a TD Sequential buy signal, creating a potential reversal setup similar to Ethereum’s.

The immediate priority for SOL is maintaining support around $90. If buyers defend that level and the buy signal completes, the analyst identifies $105 as the first rebound target. A stronger recovery could subsequently bring the resistance trendline near $120 into focus.

Cardano has recorded the largest decline among the three assets, dropping 35.41% from $0.2822 to $0.1823. Despite the correction, its three-day chart has produced a fresh 9 and a Sequential 13 buy signal, developments that the analyst considers potentially constructive for the price outlook.

The first level to watch for ADA is $0.2268. A move above this threshold could improve the recovery structure and open the way toward the resistance trendline near $0.2677. However, Cardano would need sustained buying pressure to overcome the distance between its recent low and these projected targets.

Buy Signals Need Confirmation From Market Demand

The three setups share an important characteristic: each cryptocurrency has experienced a significant decline, while its technical indicators are beginning to suggest that selling pressure may be weakening. This creates the possibility of a rebound, but it does not establish that a new bullish trend has started.

The TD Sequential indicator attempts to identify potential trend exhaustion through a sequence of price comparisons. A buy signal can help traders identify areas where a market correction might be losing strength, but prices can continue falling after such signals appear. Support levels, trading volume and broader market conditions remain important confirmation factors.

Ethereum has the highest immediate recovery target in dollar terms, with $2,700 near its projected resistance trendline. Solana’s setup depends heavily on defending $90 before attempting $105 and $120. Cardano faces a more substantial recovery challenge after its 35.41% decline, with $0.2268 representing its first major threshold.

The broader implication is that major altcoins may be approaching technically important turning points after weeks of selling pressure. Nevertheless, the three signals should be treated as potential trading setups rather than evidence that an altcoin rally has already begun.

For investors, the next sessions will be important. If buyers return and the identified support levels hold, ETH, SOL and ADA could begin recovering toward the projected targets. If buying pressure remains weak or support breaks, the anticipated reversals may fail to materialize.
